Run out (of sth) : to finish, use or sell all of something, so that there is none left 

  • Examples in context:
  • Running out of options, Wilson ran to neighbor Larry Comeaux's house for help.
  • However, there are signs that the rising cost of living in European countries such as Spain may be driving people back to Britain, particularly elderly people who run out of provision of care homes and help as found in the UK.
